The Role:

  • A great communicator - you will be able to get your point across to anyone and your passion and enthusiasm will motivate your colleagues to innovate
  • The ability to deal with multiple deadlines, projects and stakeholders are all part of your working day
  • A strong understanding of brand and communications strategy

The Skills:

  • Working with our design and account service team throughout all stages of creative work from briefing to concept and execution
  • You will have an exceptional ability for interpreting and developing design briefs and deliver on-brand creative and project execution
  • Managing multiple projects, deliverables and timelines simultaneously
  • Building and sustaining effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and external production partners
  • Staying up-to-date with recent design trends and techniques; proactively researching and recommending new best practices
  • Inspiring, supporting and encouraging the Creative team through constructive feedback and frequent planned communications
  • Ability to work late or on weekends if needed (occasional travel may be required)
  • Working in collaboration with the Directors to develop and deliver new business strategies
  • Confidently participating in sales pitch meetings and proposals

The Role:

You would be responsible for managing relationships with clients, including fostering client relationships, management of projects and budgets and assisting in new business development.

The Responsibilities:

  • Confidently manage and build clients relationships
  • Can manage projects and budgets
  • Able to assist in new business development
  • Can manage and collate assets, and arrange file uploads
  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Provide input and opinion on creative concepts
  • Prepare projects to invoice
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to maintain project profitability
  • Attend client meetings
  • Have the ability to receive and impart briefs
  • Manage all aspects of packaging and design projects
  • Update and maintain WIP accurately at all times
  • Generate market reviews and category documents
  • Understand the market for clients’ commodities and services
  • Manage purchase orders for suppliers
  • Liaise with all associated parties on projects
